We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Best aspects include the very clean and comfortable room with a luxurious tub that easily fit two people. The breakfast was a highlight, with fresh and delicious options to choose from. Additionally, the staff provided high-quality service throughout our stay. The hotel's location near the charming UNESCO village of Provins made for a great experience.

Roomy & Relaxing Tub, Delicious Breakfast & Great Service Had such a fantastic stay during our city trip! the room was spacious and the tub was perfect for unwinding after a long day exploring the city. We loved that it was big enough for two people to comfortably relax in. Another standout feature was the delicious breakfast that was served fresh each morning-we truly appreciated starting our day off on the right foot. the service provided by the staff was also top-notch and added to our overall positive experience.
None! Honestly, we had an amazing time and couldn't find any negative aspects to our stay. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the city and hope to come back ourselves in the future!

The room was spacious and had a nice bathtub where two people could relax comfortably. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. The location was convenient as it was close to many popular attractions.
Our stay was marred by poor service. The staff was unresponsive and seemed disinterested in helping us.

the location near the UNESCO village of Provins was really convenient. We enjoyed visiting the village with ease. the room was spacious and well-equipped with a brilliant bathroom that had a large relaxing tub. the service from the staff was impressive and we really appreciated their attention to detail. the breakfast was fresh and delicious and set us up perfectly for the day ahead. We had a great stay and would definitely return.
The hotel lacked a lift, but staff assistance was available for those who needed it.
